Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Cue Control — a joint venture of Azonix Growth Lab and Kings IT Agency — collects, why, and how it is protected.

1. Data We Collect

• Account data — name, email address, role, and the club you belong to.
• Sign-in security data — every login attempt is recorded with its time, result, IP address, browser/device (user agent) and, where possible, an approximate location (city/country derived from the IP). This protects clubs against unauthorized access.
• Club operating data — tables, sessions, sales, customers, credit records, staff attendance and shift reconciliations entered while running the club.
• Communications — emails and WhatsApp messages the platform sends on your club’s behalf (invoices, reports, reminders) are logged with their delivery status.

2. How We Use It

• To operate the Service: billing, reports, staff management, messaging.
• To secure accounts: login auditing, failed-attempt monitoring, fraud prevention.
• To send scheduled business reports to addresses configured by the club/platform administrator.
• We do not sell personal data, and we do not use club data for advertising.

3. Data Isolation

Each club’s data is isolated with database-level row security: club users can only ever read records belonging to their own club. Platform administrator activity is not visible to clubs.

4. Processors We Rely On

• Supabase — database, authentication and storage hosting.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (reports, invites, alerts).
• ipapi.co — coarse IP-to-city lookup for the sign-in security log (only the IP is shared).
• Meta (WhatsApp Business) — when a club enables WhatsApp messaging.

5. Retention

Operating data is kept for as long as the club subscription is active, plus a wind-down period for export after termination. Security and email logs are retained for audit purposes and pruned periodically.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and clubs may request a full export of their data. Contact support@cuecontrol.co — we respond promptly.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the Service evolves; material changes are announced in the app or by email. The latest version always lives at cuecontrol.co/legal/privacy.
