Terms of Service

Effective date: 7 July 2026

Welcome to Cue Control (“the Service”), a snooker & club management platform operated as a joint venture of Azonix Growth Lab and Kings IT Agency (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Cue Control provides software for managing snooker and billiard clubs: table billing, point of sale, credit (udhar) tracking, staff management, cash reconciliation, reports, and messaging integrations. The Service is provided on a subscription basis per club.

2. Accounts & Responsibilities

• Club owners are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter and for their staff accounts.
• Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• For security, every sign-in attempt is recorded (see the Privacy Policy).
• You may not use the Service for unlawful activity or attempt to access other clubs’ data.

3. Subscriptions & Payment

• Plans, pricing and limits (tables, staff) are listed on cuecontrol.co and in your agreement with us.
• Fees are billed in Pakistani Rupees unless agreed otherwise. Non-payment may lead to suspension of the club account.
• We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes never apply retroactively.

4. Your Data

Data you enter (transactions, customers, staff) belongs to your club. We process it only to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request an export of your club’s data at any time.

5. Availability & Support

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is” without a guaranteed uptime, unless a separate service-level agreement is in place. The app includes offline support; queued data syncs when the connection returns. Support is provided via WhatsApp and email.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the subscription fees paid by your club in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses caused by incorrect data entry or misuse of the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. After termination we retain club data for a limited wind-down period so you can export it, after which it is deleted.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the courts of Pakistan.
