- Commission is calculated on actual cleared subscription payments — not on signups or promises.
- Refundable pilot deposits do not generate commission.
- Refunds and chargebacks may reverse commission.
- The final partner level is approved by Cue Control.
- The combined commission cap for a main partner and sub-agent will not exceed 20%.

Partner questions, answered
Who can become a partner?+
Anyone with genuine access to snooker clubs — manufacturers, cue shops, tournament organisers, federations, coaches, agencies, club owners and sales professionals. Every application is reviewed and approved by Cue Control.
How is commission calculated?+
Commission is a percentage of actual cleared subscription payments from clubs you introduced, for their first 12 paid months. If a payment is not collected, no commission is due on it.
When is commission paid?+
After the club’s subscription payment has cleared. Exact payout schedules and methods are confirmed with approved partners during onboarding.
Is the pilot deposit commissionable?+
No. The Rs.10,000 pilot activation deposit is refundable and never generates commission. Commission starts only after a club converts to a paid subscription.
Can two partners claim the same club?+
No. The first recorded qualified lead holds the claim while its protection window is active. Disputes are resolved by Cue Control based on recorded lead history.
How long is a lead protected?+
A qualified lead is protected for a defined window from submission (confirmed in your partner agreement). If the club converts within that window, the commission is yours.
Can a partner have sub-agents?+
Strategic partners may work with sub-agents. The combined commission for a main partner and sub-agent never exceeds 20% — how it is split is agreed between the partners.
Can Cue Control reject or suspend a partner?+
Yes. Partner levels are approved by Cue Control, and partners who misrepresent the product, spam clubs or breach the agreement can be suspended or removed.
Are commissions lifetime?+
No. Commission applies to each referred club’s first 12 paid months. After that, the club’s subscription continues without partner commission.
What happens when a club cancels or receives a refund?+
Commission is only earned on collected money. Refunds and chargebacks reverse the related commission, and cancelled clubs stop generating commission from the cancellation date.
